Where can I find the model #?

Look for a small sticker with model and serial number inside or on the appliance. The manual that came with the appliance will have a partial number that may not be enough for ordering parts.

How do I order parts?

Rock's has a wide selection of parts in stock and most parts not in stock are delivered the next day if ordered by 4:00 p.m.                                                                                                                                               To order parts we will need the full model # on the appliance and If possible the part # of the piece needed. Ordered parts must be paid for in advance.
